  The outside diameter at the widest point is approximately 90mm or 3.5 inches. The overall length is 13-5/8 inches.

• My stock shorty is very loud. Can you give me any additional info about this tunable baffle? I would hope that it will quiet my bike down.

  If this baffle will fit in your shorty muffler (see the dimensions in the listing), it will probably quite it down significantly. I take it that you have the reverse cone shorty with the removable cone - otherwise, you'd have to cut the cone off and weld it back in place to fit a baffle.
  A lot of the shorty mufflers - the loudest ones - don't have much in the way of baffling at all. They often just have a a perforated liner. This baffle would be much more efficient at quieting the bike than a perforated baffle. The way this baffle is designed, it forces exhaust gases into the center core. It will restrict the flow of gases, which may effect performance slightly, but your bike will be quieter. This is identical to baffles provided by EMGO for some shorty mufflers.
