My name is Rick what would I need an addition to Justice carburetor to make it fit a dr650se properly and what I need any extra Jets to make it work perfectly here in Florida as of right now everything is stock except for the air cleaner and I would like to do the air box mod any cheap DG exhaust thank you so much for the help have a great day
I don't think you realized your message asked about a "Justice" carburetor. I think that was an auto correct for "just the" carburetor. Am I correct?
We do not have a kit for the DR650 at this time. A Mikuni TM40 would probably a great candidate for the DR650 as we use it on the Honda XR650L a very similar performing bike. Of course, I do not know if you will need a manifold adapter, if the carb will fit or what the jetting will be. It is possible your stock cables may work, but I can't be positive.
Please take a look at this article and as it will help you with understanding some of the questions you will need to answer before swapping a carb.

Once you get the carb questions sorted out, you'll need to re-jet the bike to suit the needs of the engine. This Mikuni tuning manual will be a help to you with that:

I'm sure one of the online user groups (forums) has a thread dedicated to putting a MIkuni aftermarket carb on the DR650. While the jetting may not be dead on for your bike, it may help. You might also want to compare that jetting with the jetting we use on the XR650L. We would be happy to provide that for you.
