Yamaha style, but very universal. Can be used on many applications including push/pull high performance Mikuni carburetors, and carburetor racks. Cables have an effective case length of 34". Cable end threads are M6x10
A push/pull throttle assembly is required with the use of all Mikuni racing carburetors to assure the positive closing of the carburetor throttle slides against the high vacuum pressures encountered in racing engines.
Idle position wire free length:
Pull Cable: 2.5"-3.5"
Push Cable: 1"-2"
Full throttle position wire free length:
Pull Cable: 0"-1"
Push Cable: 3"-4"Note: Inner wire free length is based on cable adjuster position.

Hello, I am interested in this item. My question is regarding grips? I want to know the OD of the throttle handle so I can confirm which grips to purchase. Thanks
It accepts a standard set of 7/8" motorcycle grips. Motorcycle grips for 7/8" bars should come with one grip at 7/8" and the other at approximately 1" to compensate for the throttle tube. The OD of this throttle tube is approximately 1". Purchase the grips based on the size of your handlebars which should be 7/8" to use this throttle assembly.
