I need a carburator for a Ski-Doo MKZ 380Fcarb # VM30-205
The carb that came with your Ski-Doo is an OEM (original equipment) carb built by Mikuni specifically for SkiDoo. For the most part, we sell MIkuni aftermarket carburetors and parts for these carburetors. Mikuni does not allow us to sell OEM carbs (with few exceptions).
While we do not have an exact replacement for the VM30-205, the carb you are inquiring about is designed specifically as a replacement carb for snowmobiles. As an added bonus for you, it is the same 30mm size (venturi). This carb is very similar to your original carb. Please take a look at the specifications in this listing. In it you will find the critical measurements you will need know to compare this carb with your stock carb. That way, you can see if this carb will easily fit on your snowmobile without any adapters.
Being that both carbs are similar, you can probably duplicate the jetting in your original carb, or if need be, swap some components. Keep in mind, these carbs are not identical and your OEM carb will probably have some differences to this aftermarket carb. I have posted a link to a Mikuni tuning and jetting guide that may help you.

I HAVE A 02 SKIDOO LEGEND 380F NEED A NEW CARB. IT IS A VM-205 IM HAVING A HARD TIME FINDING ONE . IS THIS THE REPLACEMENT?OR WILL THIS CARB WORK FOR MY SLED? THANK YOU DON
This is a general purpose, cold weather carburetor. With modifications, it can replace carburetors of many different applications. If you are looking for a direct replacement carburetor, your best bet is to contact a dealer of OEM SKIDOO parts. This VERY LIKELY is not a drop in carburetor for your application.

I am looking to replace a carburetor on a 2004 Ski-Doo Legend 380F, part number VM30-205. I can not find that part. Is this a replacement carb or do you have one in stock?
Thanks for your question. We do not sell direct replacement OEM carburetor parts for any vehicle. However, this carb is a Mikuni factory aftermarket carb designed specifically for snowmobiles. It features a heaver slide and and needle valve suited for cold weather. It will be very similar to the carb on your snowmobile, but there may be some differences in the location of some of parts like the fuel intake, idle screw or choke. I suggest you carefully study the photographs of the carb to determine whether or not it will work on your snowmobile.
