Will this extended Mikuni bowl plug SKU: TM32/41-1C fit a:
Mikuni HSR42mm HSR TM42-6 42mm Carb Carburetor
If not can you recommend an extended plug that will please. The stock plug is so short I can hardly get a wrench on it. Would prefer brass but settle aluminum.

Yes, that plug will fit the HSR carbs. To get the other benefits of an extended plug, you may want to consider using the KHS-034 kit. The kit includes the plug, oring, and main jet extender.
