Rise: Measured from the bars lowest surface to the top side of the end of the bar while in the intended riding position. Width: Measured from end to end. Pullback: Measured from the front of the bar to the rearmost end of the bar while in the intended riding position. Center Width: The total flat surface of the bars center.
