Shipping Information:

Same Day Shipping:
Niche Cycle Supply stocks everything that we offer in our own warehouse in Saint Petersburg Florida. Because we do not drop ship to you from other suppliers, we are able to offer same day shipping. Most in stock orders received prior to 3:00pm EST on normal business days, will ship the same day. This applies to domestic, as well as international orders. Exceptions to this general rule are items such as carburetor kits. Kit type items are assembled as they are ordered, and sometimes require additional time. If the item requires additional time for shipment, it will be stated next to the stock status indicator on the item page.

Free Shipping:
Most orders over $100, being shipped to the lower 48 states qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is offered on a cost basis, and is not specific to any particular carrier or shipping method. We will utilize the most cost effective method, which is not always the quickest. If you have a PO Box, and your order qualifies for free shipping, we suggest that you supply both your physical address, as well as the PO Box to avoid any shipping delays.

Domestic Rate Calculation:
Each item page contains a shipping tab which contains a shipping calculator.  If you would like to determine what shipping is going to cost, you can do so two easy ways.  You can calculated cost for an individual item, or your entire cart by using the shipping tab within any item page.  Once you have input the desination information, and selected an option to calculate only the item on the item page, or that item plus all items in your shopping cart, click submit, and you will be shown all applicable methods, and rates.  You may also add products to the shopping cart, and calculate shipping there.  When a UPS ground option is available, there will be a link next to the option.  This link will show you a shipping map with an estimated number of days in transit for your area.

International Shipping:
We ship all over the globe on a daily basis.  Our website fully supports international shipping cost calculations.  On occasion we find that we need to disable shipping to particular areas of the world, mostly due to issues with delivery.  If you find that your country is not listed in the dropdown, feel free to message us.  If we can ship there at that time, we will enable the country.  International shipping charges are non-refundable for any reason.

Shipping Delivery Times:
We cannot be responsible for delivery times. Delivery quickness shown on the shipping calculator is only an estimate, and is not guaranteed by us in anyway. USPS 1st class mail is the most cost effective method for customers not necessarily in a hurry to receive their order. USPS 1st class domestic shipping can take anywhere from 1 - 8 days, and even longer in rare cases. For more information, please visit the carriers webpage.

Insurance claims & Lost in transit:
All shipments are insured against damage. If you receive a damaged shipment, you will need to contact the carrier. In some cases the carrier will need to come out to your location, and retrieve the damaged product(s). If a shipment is deemed as lost in transit, we will re-ship your order via the original shipping method, to the original shipment destination. USPS 1st class mail shipments can take up to 3 weeks in very rare cases. If an order shipped via USPS 1st class mail is not shown to have been delivered in 21 days, we will re-ship the order at no cost to you.

Tracking shows delivered, but I did not get my order:
Every order is shipped out with delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible for misplaced shipments after delivery. If tracking shows that a delivery was made, you will need to contact the carrier for any further assistance.

Refused or un-deliverable shipments:
When an order is returned to us as refused, or un-deliverable, it will be treated as a typical return for refund unless we are contacted by the customer. The refund will be sent to the original payment method, and will be refunded less the original shipping cost. See our returns policy page for further information.

Returns Information:

General Returns:
Returns must be received within 30 days from the invoice date. All returned products must be in brand new condition, and include the original packaging. Any returns for refund will incur our restocking free of 20%. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns for exchange:
Customers returning items for exchange are responsible for return shipping charges, as well as shipping charges for the exchanged item. Any positive balance on an exchange order will be kept on account as store credit for future use.

Returns on orders that originally shipped for free:
If the value of the returned item(s) brings your original order total below the needed amount for free shipping, the refund will be given less the calculated shipping amount that the order would have been charged without those items. Restock fee will still apply.

What if I receive a defective item?
Defective items received must be reported within 14 days of delivery date. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but we will cover the shipping back to you. Defective returned items found to not be defective will be treated as a return for exchange so long as the item(s) does not fall under a special returns policy. International customers will be responsible for shipping both ways.

Do all items fall under the above return policy?
No. There are some restrictions. Items that do not fall under our general return policy will display special returns information on the item page, as well as during checkout, and below:

Carburetors:

Carburetors that have come in contact with fuel, or have been disassembled in anyway, and not returnable for refund or exchange.  We supply all relevant sizing information for each carburetor, so please check to be sure you are ordering what will work for your project.  If a carburetor is returned to us, and we determine it has been in contact with fuel, modified, or disassembled, it will be returned at the customers expense.

Jetting & Carburetor Parts:

No returns on this product.  Due to the nature of jetting, and other internal carburetor parts, we do not accept returns for any reason.  You must make sure that you know what series and size(s) of jetting you need.  We provide actual photos on most parts, and we are here to help determine what you need if you are unsure.  Please ask any questions you may have before you make your purchase.

Electronics & Related:

Electronics, including but not limited to switches, coils, points, condensers, stators, regulators, and rectifiers are available for exchange only of the same product.  Any issues with electronics must be brought to our attention within 3 days of delivery.  Contact us if you beleive you have received a faultly electronic part, and we will help determine the issue.  Products returned that are not found to be defective will be returned at the customers expense.

Exhaust Systems, Mufflers & Head Pipes:

Exhaust systems, mufflers, and head pipes can only be returned or exchanged prior to installation.  We do not accept back exhaust products that have been installed or where installation was attempted.  Any warranty specified on the product is through the manufacture, not through Niche Cycle Supply.  If you feel you have received a product in error, contact us before you attempt the installation.

Request a return authorization:
You will need to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.  If your return is approved, we will provide you with all of the necessary information.  An RMA number is required for all returns, and must be shown on the outside of the package.  Returns shipped to us without an RMA number will be refused.  To request an RMA, you will need to login through our website, go to the "My Account" section and click the RMA button on the left side of the screen.  If you are unsure of your login credentials, use the following form: Request RMA Guest Form
