Is a Y4 or Y8 leaner (smaller hole) than a Y6?
With Mikuni needle jets, the smaller the number, the leaner the jet (in a particular letter series, for example the letter "Y). So, a Y4 is leaner than a Y6, and the Y6 leaner than the Y8. The leaner the jet, the smaller the hole, or the more restrictive a jet is (less fuel allowed into the circuit). So a Y6 will have a smaller hole than a Y8.
