Is a re-jet necessary?
In most cases, you can put these mufflers on without having to change your jetting. There is a slight possibility of the bike running slightly lean at cruise and full throttle applications.
The best way to check that is to put in new plugs and ride the bike for 10 minutes at cruise RPMs (60-70mph in top gear). Pull the bike over in a safe area (like a rest stop) and pull the plugs and check them. If they appear bright white, you are too lean and would need a larger main jet in each carb. Again, this is a distant possibility because these are not open exhaust and are baffled, just not as much as stock.
