These are universal fitment handlebars which can be made to fit just about any application. We provide all the specifications needed for you to determine fitment on your specific application. These are not intended for any one bike in particular.

Rise: Measured from the bars lowest surface to the top side of the end of the bar while in the intended riding position.
Width: Measured from end to end.
Pullback: Measured from the front of the bar to the rearmost end of the bar while in the intended riding position.
Center Width: The total flat surface of the bars center.

Will this handle bar fit a 04 Honda vt1100c shadow spirit?

These are universal aftermarket bars designed to fit a variety of bikes, but the manufacturer does not give us a listing of any specific motorcycles these will fit. But, we provide a very comprehensive list of measurements in the listing so you can compare the bars on your bike to these.
The first thing you need to check is the outside diameter of your handle bar. There are two popular sizes - 1" and 7/8 inch. If your bars are one inch, you can then compare the length, width, height and pull back of the bar to your bars. If these are significantly taller, wider or higher than your current bar, you need to measure to be sure you have enough length in your throttle cable, clutch and brake hose and wiring for the switches.
