Top quality, reproduction Kawasaki master cylinder assembly. While this is a reproduction, it is the highest quality that we have been able to find. This is not the same part that typically comes out of China.
- 5/8" - 15.8mm piston
- M10 X1.25 Banjo Bolt
- Mirror hole: 10mm Right Hand Threads
- Complete assembly
- Direct replacement

Note: This is a reproduction Kawasaki master cylinder, but will fit the listed Honda models. Will work on single, and dual disc models. This 15.8mm master cylinder may provide a firmer pull compared to stock on single disc systems.

Where to the brake switch wires connect on this caliper?
On the KZ900 there is a three way joint (manifold) at the base of the triple tree. It looks like a "Y." The top left side attaches to a hose running to the master cylinder, the right side has a brake light switch (part #43065-001). The switch is where the brake light wires connect. The bottom of the joint attaches to a hose that runs to the front brake caliper.

What size banjo bolt connects to this master cylinder? 10mm? 12mm? 14mm?
We don't carry the banjo bolt that fits in this, but I measured the ID of the threads and it measured very close to 10mm (9.90). So I'd say it uses a 10mm banjo bolt. The plunger is a 5/8 plunger.
