Details
Our Royal Enfield 500 kit includes a Mikuni VM32 pre-jetted carb, Mikuni flange adapter, aluminum manifold spacer plate, mounting bolts, throttle cable, washable, oiled air filter, and fuel line.
- Pre-jetted genuine Mikuni VM carburetor
- Includes air filter, throttle cable, flange adapter, mounting bolts and spacer plate
- Carburetor components, and flange adapter are genuine Mikuni products
- Complete kit ready to be installed
We jet these for what we have found to be the most suitable for the majority of bikes. We ship these all over the world. Engine requirements do vary because of modifications, locations, and available fuel types. We include several tuning jets, both main and pilot for these occasions.
NOTE: These are intended for the recently produced models. The cable included within our kit is intended to replace the factory cable from the carburetor, to the junction block.

I installed the kit on a 1994 lightly modified 550cc engine and used the jetting from the kit except for a larger main jet #220 (not supplied in kit ) which was optimal for MY application. Dont forget to widen your intake to 32 mm. The only minus in the install was the throttle cable that was a bit short on the grip side and had to be refabricated. On a 2000+ bike it might be ok.

I have a Royal Enfield 500. I need just the aluminum spacer plate and mounting bolts from the your kit. I already have the carb and air filter.
I am sorry, but we do not sell the spacer plate and mounting bolts separate from the kit.

What size jets does this kit come with? And are there extra jets and if so what sizes? Thanks.
The carburetor comes jetted with the following:
Main Jet - 190
Pilot Jet - 35
Needle: 6DH2
Needle Jet - Q6
Slide: 3.0
Additional jetting included:
Main Jets: 185, 190, 210

Will this carburetor work on a 2001 Royal Enfield 535 Lightning city bike, with the cast iron cylinder?
While the 535 Lightning has a very similar, if not nearly identical engine, we do not have any experience fitting this carburetor on that model. So, we cannot say with absolute certainty it will work on your motorcycle. The carburetor and jetting would more than likely be fine, but we don't know if the throttle cable, manifold or manifold bolts would fit.
We recently had a customer who fitted one of these kits on a 2016 Bullet. It worked fine, but the manifold bolts on the later modes were smaller.Answer by: rick c (Admin) on Sep 12, 2019 3:13:00 PM
