Genuine Mikuni rebuild kit. Includes all the parts needed to rebuild your BSR42 carburetor. Includes needle valve, along with all the necessary o-rings, gaskets, check valves, diaphragms, washers and springs to completely rebuild your carb and make it run like new again.

Note: Includes a #2.3 needle valve.

  • I have a 2003 Can-Am (Bombardier) DS650. The manual says the carb is a Mikuni BSR42-4. Is your rebuild kit (BSR 42) the same thing?

    This genuine Mikuni rebuild kit includes all the parts needed to rebuild a public release version of the BSR42 carburetor (see photos in listing). Mikuni often made slight changes for propriety, factory applications (i.e, CanAm). However, there is a very high possibility that this kit will have everything you'll need to rebuild your carb.
    I suggest you compare the pictures in our listing to see if it has all the components you need. I can't tell you with 100-percent certainty that these parts will fit, but if it looks identical, then it is very possible it will fit.

  • I have a 2004 John Deere Trail Buck, My owners manual shows it has a "Mikuni BSR 42". Will the rebuild kit you have work for what I have?

    This is specific to the BSR42 carb, so it is likely what you need. With that said, we do not have any way to reference that specific application, so we cannot confirm fitment.
