Genuine Mikuni rubber flange adapter.  For use with mounting a spigot style carburetor to a bolt on manifold type application.  Please view the specifications given for sizing, and approximate use.  Includes clamp. Sold exactly as shown. Typically used when mounting the Mikuni HSR45

Note:  This is the later style adapter with oval throat hole.  The earlier version has a round intake port side hole.
