Pre-jettted carburetor for the Yamaha SR/XT/TT 500 singles. Intended for stock, or mildly modified engines. This is the carburetor only. You may need a throttle cable, and possibly an air filter depending on your setup. This will slide into the factory carb holder, but it is a tight fit. Great carb! jetting etc all spot-on for my 1980 XT500 with Supertrapp muffler. You will need to buy a different cable adjuster - preferably one at 90 degree bend but at a pinch this one will do (SKU I-M22-10-3) and you might need to trim the frame gusset above the carb for some extra room for the cable. Niche Cycle should think about selling this unit with the correct cable adjuster but its not that hard to order the correct one at the same time.
