Description

Details

Staggered duals exhaust pipes.  Front exhaust pipe runs all the way to the head.  The rear pipe is a slip-on to the factory rear down tube.

  • Improves performance by increasing power, along with decreasing weight
  • Does not block center stand, oil filter or drain plug access
  • Header pipe and muffler welded together - no muffler clamps necessary
  • NOTE: Exhaust gaskets are not included, but may be purchased separately if required..
  • NOTE: Carburetor re-jetting may be desired for best performance.

Dimensions:

  • Front header/muffler combination is approximately 24 inches long
  • Rear header/muffler combination is approximately 15 inches long
  • OD of the muffler section is approximately 2.5 inches
  • Overall weight of muffler and clamp is 8.6 pounds

  • Turning my Virago 500 into a bobber. Like the looks of these. Do you have any spec sheets? Dimensions etc

    The overall, combined length of the front header/muffler is approximately 24 inches at the longest point. The muffler sections on both front and back are approximately 14 inches long. The headers and mufflers are welded together as a one-piece unit. The rear unit attaches to the stock header down pipe of the rear cylinder. The front header/muffler combination attaches directly to the front cylinder head.
    The exhaust system includes a special clamp that binds the rear header/muffler to the stock down pipe. The mufflers have an OD of approximately 2.5 inches.The exhaust system including clamp weigh 8.6 pounds.
